Selling multiple properties in a 1031 exchange to consolidate funds for one investment property is allowed, but the property must initially be used solely for investment.This post does not create a CPA-Client relationship.

People who want to do multi-family deals of all sizes but I have yet to meet anyone who have similar ambitions all-be-it this is my first post as such.

I've lost count of the number of RAD investors who posted in the BiggerPockets forums about their "hard money loans" and then having their distributions "frozen".
