Hi all, I want to start a thread about the pros and cons of listing STRs with a personal individual hosting account vs as a 'brand' or 'business' account.

I realize I'll need to consult with my attorney and CPA for actually structuring these, but I'm interested to learn from anyone here who's scaled their real estate business from their individual portfolio or flipping business, to bringing in outside capital to grow.

That was March of 2020, needless to say we didn't buy or sell our house as the world fell apart...but I had entered into the world of real estate and started to ask new questions.

Meaning that the owner of the property will have a property and license to rent out these 8 units individually per day or months. 

The court would not grant that, unless there has been provable, recent abuse of the bankruptcy process by that individual.
