I am an investor from PA and recently moved to Houston. 

I have a question regarding the Houston market.

I looked at their Houston Fourplex presentation deck and it appears that the Southpark project is almost the same in terms of building design etc (the interior pictures of the fourplexes are exactly the same).I too am considering investing in their Southpark fourplexes so would definitely appreciate people sharing their thoughts and investment experiences.   

I have family in Houston, Dallas, and the Valley, I was networking with brokers in San Antonio, but the Taxes seem to be quite high as well in that State, although much favorable laws/regs on the landlord side.

I'm trying to start off with something closer to Houston as my first property, but will keep College station in mind for the future. 

Since you purchased your primary recently and in Houston, I personally am bearish on your appreciation potential.

Instead of jumping into an expensive Long Island market with negative cash flow, consider investing in a Texas market like San Antonio, Houston, or DFW suburbs—these areas offer strong rental demand, lower property taxes than NY, and better cash flow potential.
