For instance, if the neighboring unit has a shut-in chain-smoker, or the house has railroad tracks behind it, it is definitely better to let a lead know and lose them than to not disclose, upset them and lose them (after they leave a nasty review).I'd agree with Jonathan that even late complaints need to be taken seriously, and barring some obvious malfeasance, I would just take the word of the resident and fix the issue.

I don't understand how you can't track them down.You could stop paying HOA dues, and that will force them to contact you.As for the PM, I would instruct them to hold off on painting until the termite issue is resolved, which includes providing you with contact information of the HOA board.

That’ll give you flexibility to automate and integrate workflows as your needs evolve.A direct booking site is a nice-to-have down the line if you want to save on platform fees and build a brand, but starting with platforms like Furnished Finder or VRBO is a solid way to keep things simple while you’re getting started.Good luck—sounds like you’re on the right track!
