Both concepts start small, with less than $200,000 needed for seed funding, and have 90- to 180-day investment-to-market operation turnaround times.I’ve been considering memberships, crowdfunding, or just seeking a single investor, or maybe two.

I have yet to see D class work for any out of state investor that is more hands off.
