most will have medical collections this is not counted against them.. but if there is collections from Cell phone and Cable etc.. then they will be problems.. at least that is what my clients tell me..

The owner pays for all the bills currently 575 per unit, which include water, electricity, internet, and cable.

I would like to get a fairly accurate figures for my modelThanks much Hi Marinta,For a 2 BR unit at Beach Villas @ Ko'olina, here are some expenses:Monthly AOAO Dues:  Approximately $2200/mo and it includes:  Cable TV, Internet Service, Other Common Expenses, Sewer, WaterElectricity:  Varies but I'd estimate $200-$300/mo.Property taxes:  Around $2k/moCleaning:  Around $200 per cleanMaintenance - minimal as units are very well maintained.  

Even back then there were a lot of high rise hotels where you could get a decent condo-style room with hot water, cable tv etc for really cheap ($15-20USD/night).

On top of an already steep monthly (that does include cable, internet, snow removal, amenities) it definitely makes me re-think my strategy! 

In all of my units I include a private workspace that's in a room with a door that closes (important for video calls), a comfy desk chair, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and hdmi cables.
