I'd suspect they are not voucher holders and were once conventional renters.

Two days ago it was an investor who created an additional LLC independent of the deed holder entity believing tenants could only sue the LLC where a contractual relationship existed. 

But, the note doesn’t have to be in default for the note holder to engage in actively “managing” the note.

So the money flows from my traditional IRA holder (like Vanguard or Fidelity), to DirectedIRA (my SDIRA custodian), to now Axos bank which is in the name of my LLC.
