The warranty does expire on 10/2020, so I do plan on getting a technician out for a diagnostic. 2 weeks ago, my PM only sent out a technician to refill R410a, he did not even attempt to locate the leak saying it should be minimal considering only 2lbs.

Hiller is also great for diagnostic purposes for $69.

@Kevin Taliaferro The main breaker tripping is a good diagnostic.  

I don't like paying $69.00 diagnostic fee for appliance repair people, but I do it because it is part of the rental business.

Also, is there a diagnostic of some sort that investors could use to rule out the possibility.

We did some diagnostic tests on the exchanger that said it was working.

This is for the professionals/service technicians or for those (like me) that have extensive history of mechanical diagnostic work and lots of time on my hands to fix, repair and improve things.

My wife's car on the other hand takes special computers, more expensive parts, and the cost of labor because I don't have my own mechanics garage with all the latest diagnostic machines or dealer specific tools they started using in the mid-late 2000s.
