That’s a tough spot to be in, and I can definitely relate—managing remotely means you have to trust your team, and when a PM goes dark like this, it creates chaos. 

That said it is way oversold and there is a lot of dark side as well. thats a great point over sold.

I have not heard from him and he has ignored my phone calls.Maybe this is a one off but it kinda sucks that as a first time investor with them I have been left in the dark and it seems my project has been blown off but I definitely would not recommend them.  

I've spoken to countless investors facing this same problem and I can feel the sense of frustration and helplessness, especially when your builder goes dark. 

I see the discussion, but it's talking about the amount "Jim" can take for the next loan, not anything about the time period between when one loan is paid off and the time until he can request a new loan.Asking more out of curiosity, I would be surprised if John Hancock had something incorrect posted on our retirement plan web page. 

GP's going dark on the LP's, no response to communications etc.
