I had a call with Simpletalk a few months ago and seemed pretty interesting but haven't pulled the trigger yet as it is costly.I know services do white labels and people brand it into their own AI call services, which mean a lot of these AI calls may actually be the same service...How much does Air AI cost?

A good example of this is when an agent is selling you on their brokerage brand and saying things like:1) Our brokerage has "X" agents and "X" employees all working for you!

There is no better place to invest than good ol' Upstate New York.

Or should I try to keep them completely separate to not dilute the brand of either?  

You still need some money to cover part of the rehab until you get your first draw, and if you're a brand new investor you might not qualify for 100% LTC on your first deal, but if you can partner with someone with experience on their track record or can prove significant past contractor experience then we might go that high on your first deal.
