I think the only intelligent alternative to the above is if they organize together, get attorney, and take legal actions to press that they are now majority share holders and execute a take-over.     

Yet, it's no secret that, in many places, real estate prices have been propped up to unsustainable by artificially low interest rates.

Without beating around the bush, and being an uncle to a kid with asperger's that's incredibly intelligent I would definitely harness this differently than a kid without asperger's.

This is more intelligent than a simple bot.
