My wife absolutely unpacks and puts all her stuff away and the suitcase goes in the closet till we are packing to leave.I just sometimes just live out of the suitcase and sometimes put my stuff away in drawers.On a side note since you are local to me I just bought a hoarder house that has antiques including dressers and chest of drawers.

@Nicholas AiolaQuestion, if you have old antique furniture that was bought for $13,000 in your primary residence and want to donate it (assuming you are itemizing anyway) can you deduct the original purchase value if you still have receipts from many years ago?

If potential residents were not interested in the particular home they viewed, app interfaces allowed residents to see similar and neighboring homes managed/owned by the same party.To say it made our previous self-showing open houses seem antiquated would be a massive understatement.

Not sure if its still up and running.. you have a very Niche market working I suspect from the skyline down to Scotts Valley its ruggest terrain and or antiquated subdivision lots with what was a lot of older summer cabins..
