It can mean being an affiliate service provider: GC/sub trade, sales broker, debt provider/capital markets, property management, real estate attorney, real estate focused tax professional,  etc. 

This total disregard for facts, and blind hate because of someone's political affiliation is mentally unhealthy. 

Tardus is "investment agnostic" - they're teaching the strategy, not affiliated with a specific type of investment. 

The most you'll see is that it comes from some Warehouse Lender, which is usually just another bank or affiliate.
