I didn't even have a desktop until '96 and still don't have a laptop, or wireless internet, or high speed internet either.At the end of the year I make a new folder for each property.

I think it looks like a good purchase as long as no differed maintenance pops up, such as a huge plumbing issue or anything else like that.Have you thought about how else can you get additional revenue, like laundry machines, wireless internet with a month access code, DVD rental, or vending machines in the common area?

I'd like to extend the cost of the water to the lot renters by submetering each unit and sending them a bill (or having a third party do it) I was wondering, who has done this, how much I'm looking at spending, are permits needed, where can I go about getting the best deal on hardware (should I use a wireless meter which gathers data 4 times a day that I can review from home?)
