Correct...so places like The Home Depot, Gas Stations (Shell, Exxon, etc.), Office Depot, etc.

This is mainly due to the development of the new Exxon HQ campus and office complex on one of the last untouched land in Harris County.

One is about an exit away from the new Exxon headquarters.

Zombie-companies — Macy’s, Boeing, Exxon Mobile, Delta Airlines — decay in record numbers while enduring a slow, gruesome death.

I like the Conroe property as it’s closer to Exxon/HP campus and woodlands mall.

Its the larger companies like Apple, IBM, Exxon and Walmart.

It's too small for a convenience store and my uncle owns the Exxon location across the street so we want to stay away from competing in the family there.
