y @Alex Kim:Good to know the new 2020 law will eliminate the lot restrictions.

What they don't get is I have those because I made a decision to put my money towards those and didn't do X, Y and Z that they did (eg a fancy vacation every year). 

The major issue here is the accusations that investors where told they were buying product X & they received product Y which was of course far worse.

Gen X & Y don't want to get their hands dirty and do these jobs.2) Consider yourself lucky your PMC gives you actual material invoices!
