I also have a Chase Visa and a Citi Mastercard.

I use the citi double cash Mastercard. 2% cash back on everything, no annual fee.

Mastercard and Visa is owned by the same company.

Windows total will probably run around $600 total.After closing, I was planning to open a new mastercard/visa account to get $100 if I spend $500 in the first 3 months  I know my bro in law has a mastercard that gives him 3% back in cash on what he spends.Also there are some web sites that I can buy home depot gift cards 10% off.Do any other BP members start combining these to reduce their costs?  

I now have 3 major credit cards Visa, Discover and Mastercard plus a Home Depot card.

Make sure you also have a Visa or Mastercard, which are widely accepted by anyone that takes credit cards. 

I disputed the charge with MasterCard twice and they are upholding it.

We like the Value Payment Systems better than most other sites like Venmo and even our property management software payment portal because they offer the online debit card payment at a more affordable rate.Most everyone else charges 2%-3% a payment with Visa or MasterCard and they offer a flat fee around $5.00 paid by the tenant.

Rich Hupper , my Chase business cards (as well as a PNC MasterCard and an Amex) do not show up on my personal credit report and any balances have not shown up on my DTI when I've gone for mortgages, but I've read that there are a few cards that might potentially show up.
