HI BP,I've been thinking about what to ask from tenants in case of issues...besides a copy of their gov't ID (Drivers or passport), credit report stating full name, address and birthday, what else do you all typically ask for?

Some of them are pretty convincing, others are obviously fake like using generic font for the signature like you’d see in a docusign sig, birthday or other info is wrong, edges are blurry, photo is of a different person than the owners social media profile pic, etc.
