My PM is hit and miss with asking for approvals....or rather they ask, but then they do it anyhow even though I reply quickly if I have questions/concerns (owner is great, but staff are hit and miss).If the cost was reasonable, I'd pay it, but in no uncertain terms tell them that this is not to happen again.
