As it happens, the real estate markets of the above mentioned contries are booming (the returns are amaizing), them being comunist or a part of USSR, created a huge demand of all types of real estate, so the demand excedes the supply and even though there are a lot of investors taht are entering or thinking to enter these markets, it would take some time to saturate them.

Single tenant has been recovering for a few years and is overheated in many people's views, retail strips I really like the value and debt right now as I feel they were on the bottom and now going up on the cycle, medical office is doing well along with industrial starting to make a comeback.Regular office and hotels are just in the infancy stage and the more riskier investors are jumping in for the chance at huge gains 2 to 3 years from now.I also like development right now because I feel it's not at a saturation level yet for most asset classes especially in commercial.There are opportunities out there you just have to be ready to go for them.
