The rule of thumb I always express is that Columbus is a mix of appreciation and cashflow and Cleveland is more cashflow less appreciation.

I still recommend both organizations to folks that express such interests.Your post is not clear about the relationship of your client vs you and your dad. 

But you can get someone to express interest in what you offer.
