You need good resolution and typically good light to get a good image and that image is only good if the person looks at or near the camera.

He'll have a hard time disputing the opinion of an established and reputable electrician who's been in business in town for years.

Let them know that in the future if they intend to dispute a date it is their responsibility to prove the payment date by producing a deposit slip etc. otherwise you need to take the banks word on the date. 

Earlier today, a landlord here in Louisville was killed during a dispute over a $60 utility bill.  

The simplest path to resolution is call the lien holder and see about negotiating it down or removing it.  

I always go with the county assessors land value so there is no disputing my opinion in case the IRS ever wants to get involved.
