hi - does anyone know of a service/database that I can access/purchase which provides me with information relating to a property such as:- previous purchase of that property;- comparable property prices in the area;- historical growth rate in the area; - key demographic information; etc...thanks!

They should provide swift, data-based answers and be willing to walk you through the real ROI math - not just the simplified website math that often excludes key expenses like vacancy and maintenance.

I do have a series of emails I send out to my database on the steps to put large apartment deals together.

Keep everyone in a database, and make sure you have a system for contacting and following up (it gets very difficult to keep up very quickly).

Watch your expenses, build your database, and stay consistent.

I’m sure you have a list of qualified buyers in your database that you can call or email blast.Post it on this forum as well.

Based on this, and cost aside, would there be a recommendation for which database/ system would work the best?

PS is the best data base tool I've found.
