They don't give me any problems and it cash flows, so I can't complain.I am not sure that even the IE would cash flow in this market (you'd have to crunch the numbers) but it might be an easier target than LA.

All the reasons/excuses I have heard and none of them make any legit sense.To end this long winded response, I will leave you with this: If you want to be a real estate investor, pick a real estate investing strategy (rehabs, buy and hold, notes, land development, etc.) that fits your abilities, likes, and goals, then learn all you can about the ins and outs of that strategy all of which require local knowledge of the marketplace and how to crunch the numbers!
