If you do something that is in poor practice, hiding faults, that can be seen as fraudulent acts and the issue of a contractor being liable for one year on work goes out the window, fraud may begin when it's discovered, so you need to stick to common practice.I agree with Ben, a thick coat or paint would probably do it and I don't care for painted brick either.

I had Performex Gutters 973-979-4701 do some gutters on my personal home and I was very pleased. 5" x 40' white, 2 downspouts hooked up to french drain, and the leaftech gutter protection system (no more clogged or reason to clean gutters) $375.00These gutters are on a roof deck so you look down on them the leaftech guard is very nice looking, hides the gutterWe have also used them on some of our rental properties Good luck
