i have decided to stay here one more season for these reasons. 1. a loving family, 2. my father who is having some health problems, 3. found a reliable employee who can help me triple my business4. a new customer that will give me a good amount of work.i guess i am basically staying here because of family and plans to make six figures profit....

Prime example when i got into real estate about 4...5 years ago.....46218 was a war zone and you could get rent read properties for 40K all day....now those properties are triple that in cost and its still the most dangerous zip code in the state.........but if people cant afford to live in 46218 thats a problem. just my 2 cents!

@derek @Derek Carroll, don t forget about insurance companies, family foundations and endoement funds wanting to purchase RE and triple net lease for the cash flow, yield, opportunity not for capital gains.

So also when we refinance are properties the appraisals are coming back double to triple what we have into them.

Especially if using PEX - so how did the plumber justify tripling the bid?

I wanted to add that I flipped one of my condos to a vacation rental, and am making triple the amount I would have been making in traditional rents.
