FCI had a portfolio funding product earlier this year but apparently no longer publish it.

@Tom Chen#1 - I have found the published table is worthless, at least in my area. 

But, it's even worse than that -- they don't publish the standards by which they approve and deny payment for treatments, and they have "boards" who can overrule the standards (generally in favor of the company) at their own whim.

In AZ, Notice of Trustee sales have to be published in local newspapers.The site http://www.publicnoticeads.com/AZ/ is a handy way to find all public notices from the papers in one place.

I'm surprised no one has published some sort of health book on this.

The last time I published this, no one questioned it and I received good feedback only.Matt, Your response shows me that you caught the message in the post.

However, I agree with Tony that you should publish some more.
