Hi everyone - in case it helps, I just wanted to give you a heads up that UWM, the biggest wholesale lender, is offering a 61bp incentive for conventional, FHA streamline & VA IRRRLs for W2 borrowers only from now through March 8th in anticipation of its upcoming IPO.  

For those not familiar with an FHA streamline - it's a great refinance option.

They most likely will give you a reduction on fees and the process will be much more streamlined. 

All of that information you learned from LU isn't any information that wasn't already out there, they just package it up and streamline it for their members (which is great).
