The mechanics of the deal are not too complicated, although as others have noted you can't advertise the property and then exclude people based on protected class including gender and family status....at least not legally. 

As a matter of fact, if you're not careful, it will completely ruin your desire to ever camp again.My view is obviously biased, but it is accurate based on my 10+ years of experience.

I may be biased, but I truly believe that your best funding sources are local to you.

It could be invaluable to have someone who is familiar with the market, but not potentially biased in the way the agent selling the house might be to help you out with evaluating the deal.

I have spent over a year researching my opinion, and playing with different techniques and as such I feel your opinion on this topic is outdated and based on negative product bias.

(never state you lied)This process avoids all possible claims of bias and discrimination.

Room occupancy goes by ages and gender, a square footage minimum for each occupant of a bedroom, if it's big enough, you could have 3 brothers or sisters at certain ages.

I got to go with Kansas City, but then again, I'm biased.
