Examples of what is considered Personal Property would be items not permanently attached to the Building that you provide for the tenant, such as a fridge, stove, washer & dryer, lawn equipment, etc.For single families, this is usually a low limit, but if you have a 20 unit building with $1500 in each unit, you could have $30,000 of personal property not covered if there is a total loss.All in all, I'd say only 1 out of 10 of my clients carry the coverage.

(I would not recommend it unless this is your specialty and you are equipped to do so) There are a ton of different kinds of fees that you can charge when doing syndication deals, but those are probably the most common and most palatable for other investors especially when you are getting started.
