Just for my own satisfaction i started to compare owners names and mailing address across different databases and i find different info across several of them.

Im cleaning up a database file for mailing prospecting letters ,is it better to only have husbands full name or include husband and wife ??

@Mike Miller  - The straight forward answer is no, no way to hide your "real name" in the license CalBRE database.    

Build a database of all of your contacts in life and reach out to them and let them know you are a licensed agent.

Once I show them the unit, and they decide they’d like an application, I have them fill out a paper application wherein I check employment (usually 1 years employment in current job), income (always 3 times rent, always) landlord references, open source criminal data bases (zero felonies), and social media sites.

@Anthony Panepinto yes we have a roadmap item to address updating our location database.

What was appealing was the marketing system, data base system and the access to private funds.

I also 100% agree they aren't needed and there should be a single centralized database where all buyers and sellers can do business directly with each other.
