I have them hold countertops and the like in "will call" so stuff isnt on the job in the way till Im ready for it.

Kind of like a section 8 tenant expecting stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, or a pan handler getting upset because someone brought them mcdonalds and they 'dont eat that kind of food'.

I will be replacing gutters, shutters, front door and garage door, stainless steel appliances, cabinets, vanities, countertops, inside doors, back door, new grass and landscaping, new fence, new tile in bathrooms,acasia hardwood in kitchen, foyer and master bedroom, all plumbing fixtures, all missing copper pipe with cpvc, door hinges and handles, toilets, adding double trey ceiling in master, granite counters, painting inside and out, new carpet, adding some crown molding in master, kitchen, foyer, family room and master bath.

Wes,I was talking about cabinets counter tops is what I am talking about.

It's not necessarily bad in and of itself, but it clashes with the countertop and backsplash -- kind of "mediterranean vs. urban" or something.

I'm finishing up my rehab and am running over budget on a few things. I don't want to break the bank but I really need that modern look. Does anyone know of at least moderate prices for granite in the Southern Marylan...

- electrical box is 2nd living room- attic sealed off due to I believe animals living in it (due to crack between chimney and roof)Cosmetic Upgrades:- repaint int/ext- replace trim (looks like a bad job, DIY style)- shed removal- carpet throughout- new tile in kitchen and front walk way- need to do something with that heat source in 2nd living room (don't like the fireplace much)- deck restoration- fix cracks in drywall- tub liner- replace countertops- fix chimney /bowed roof- window sill replacements- fix slop of floor in kitchen (some how)- closet doors and a lot of wood work needs to be fixedProbably missing a bunch of stuff but the things that really concern me are the slant in the kitchen and the gap between chimney and roof.Thanks for the help, let me know what you guys think.Here are some pictures I took today:

New cabinets or countertops?  

My problem is they want sell to me because I only have 15 square feet of countertop and they want cut granite unless you buy 25ft.

Basically, everything is done except for refinishing the hardwood floors, installing light fixtures, bathroom accessories (mirrors, towel bars, etc) and we are still waiting on the quartz counter tops for the kitchens and bathrooms to be delivered.
