The ironic part is after infections got out of control in NY, all the residents fled the state and spread COVID around the country.

I’m new to the forum and ironically I am working with 3 clients from different parts of the U.S. who have each identified OKC as their ideal place to invest in SFR Cash Flow properties.  

I cook all dinners and most all breakfasts.. this morning a few eggs and sweet potato pancakes.no one I mean NO one is allowed to touch my cast iron skillets.. they are seasoned to perfection.. and then I use my green egg at least 5 nights a week for whatever protein I am going to cook.. plus I do the dishes.. 

Obviously this will be an ironing out, but referrals are usually top choice to start with.Just my .02.

The ironic part is I have to BORROW $ from my retirement account now so I can begin to really invest in RE and grow tax-free passive income. 

If you have old galvanized and cast iron piping, old knob and tube wiring, old boiler system or a foundation that is failing, then run away.

We would have had a "proper" ring highway and the area by Highway 93 would have had much more development similar to what happened by the Northwest Parkway near the Flat Irons.  

I became interested in Self Storage and started researching that asset class. 3 weeks later my parents tell me they want to sell their storage units, ironically.

Ironically, the property manager and the insurance carrier are not included in the lawsuit.
