I recently demoed Azibo which is geared specifically for property management and it has what I would like and expect to see in reporting.  

Most of my tools and rehab stuff is in the enclosed trailer and i use the open wood trailer to dump stuff on demo day.

Wait until you have to chop a house stack with a demo saw and it dumps a pound of 100-year-old fermented dried filth on you.

The guy that lives behind the property wants to buy it, so my husband and him are meeting to see if they can come to an agreement on price and whether it will be demoed first or if he will take of that.

Itemize EVERYTHING. if you’re doing flooring, put price per square foot, include price per lineal foot of transition strip, demo, etc..... have contractors come in and estimate based on YOUR price out, or, simply say that this is what I’m paying for this job based off these rates, do we both agree I measured it out correctly, and that this is accurate?

I am budgeting $175 a ft for everything from demo of existing to final product, hard and soft construction costs.

Should I just demo the shed instead and if so, do I have to compensate the existing tenants.

Have your demo crew cut a chase along the walls leading to all outlets, open the ceilings where you need to, and get your electrician to rewire the entire home.

We have cleared everything out and completed our demo.
