I'm updating a powder room now, putting on a new garage door and opener and wrapping all of my exposed wood on the exterior with metal and new vinyl. 

Checkbook LLCs do have there place in certain investments such as crypto currency, tax sales, overseas purchases and storage of precious metals, etc. 

This virus can stay active on metal/plastic surfaces for many hours, even over 24 hrs. 

Carol, the skirting is the same material with schluter metal trim between the two.Lucas, I have to disagree, I used to make a living with decoritive concrete including counters.

Already have a hard money lender who can work with metals on property and I have two banks who are willing to work with me as well.

There are fees associated with purchasing and selling precious metals and this took me over a week and a half and I actually lost $500 on this.

I always have at least a $15k budget on our properties, there may be old asbestos siding in good shape but if it's ugly then we're going to paint it, if the porches on the front of the house are ugly, we're changing them, wrap the window trim in metal, throw a new roof on even if the current one isn't yet leaking, parge the foundation, replace the old cabinets, don't use $2/sqft laminate flooring, replace the dang trim if it's been painted over 100 times, remove the ugly wires from the outside of the house and have the cable company install new ones, fix the grading of the yard, trim trees, and repair sidewalks.

And if radiators heat the place, the pipes and radiators sometimes have already experienced damage (cracked or removed for the metal).

I dont see the difference,  Saw the metal ones too ,,in hindsight they would be better.
