It has been a little over two years since I stumbled across the BP Podcast and began the journey to purchase my first rental property, and while it took significantly longer than I originally expected it would, I am excited to say my three business partners and I officially closed on our first property today in Minneapolis, Minnesota!

I stumbled upon your post recently as I am currently in a similar situation, so I wanted to reach out and see what you and your business partner decided to do with your first house hack & if you guys have acquired a second house hack yet?

I am sure many locals get the same.. from your first posts it looked like you live in Maryland and just happened to stumble in the the great state of MS and found this increbible leveraged bank deal.. that's why every one wanted to know how you did it....

That being said, our stumbling block is not our financial status, neither is our unwillingness to sell it (No pun intended, Tbone).

I've only really stumbled on minimal number of multis that had some clear wear and tear on them. -3 bed/1 bath seem to range in the 1800-2200, with some very "high-end" apartments taking prices of 2500+. 

I stumbled across this and it peaked my interest. 

I was driving around a neighborhood yesterday that i have been keeping my eye on, and finally i stumbled across a house that was in the process of being foreclosed on.  

I sort of stumbled across BP, and have gotten really excited to pursue further.

I've followed Grant Cardone for about the last 9 months since I stumbled onto his 10X Rule, which is a fantastic read by the way.
