What has changed over the years is that these systems have gotten much cheaper and more sophisticated than they were when I had mine put in.Security systems don't eliminate crime.

Other than that, you had to find my classes through word of mouth.There were probably 500 students that came in and out of the program.I would say 70% were Male, 30% Female.Because the Math was very intense and became more and more sophisticated, eventually learning how to put together a 10 year pro-forma business plan with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculation, of the 500 students, approximately 470 dropped out before the end of a full program cycle.Of the remaining students, approximately 30 that made it all the way to the end of the program, the best student, a 44 year old Female, not Married and no Children, whom I will just call Student M, made a killing.Student M partnered with her brother, who never attended class.

I mean this doesn't kill anyone that I personally know who has disposable income to buy an investment, even for $10k savings like Kelvin.Of course there are a ton of other considerations such as Capital Expenditures and Tax Savings, but we are not building a very complex and sophisticated spreadsheet just yet.

Because of the strong impression this made on me, later in life, I would immediately sign up for payroll deductions into the company credit union before I got my first paycheck.I'm told "rich families" give their children a few shares of stock (such as Disney) as stocking stuffers because they know their kids would enjoy looking at the pictures in the annual report even if they didn't understand financial statements at an early age.

Note that these rents may not seem very high to some folks but that's very high for the Cleveland market.I don't know what your talking about  Morris on his pod cast says that high end A class rentals are more work than low class Ds and low Cs because the tenants are more sophisticated and therefor more needy..
