That being said, the more experienced an investor becomes they either focus on doing more volume and they appreciate the work that a wholesaler does because they don't have time OR they venture into their own marketing, trying to get directly to the seller so they can optimize each deal they do.

I would choose one that has good marketing and website searching optimizer.

It does cash flow quite well for me because I structure  my financing for optimizing the cash flow. 

I do not need to live price these in Optimal Blue or on a pricing engine so my rates are not effected in this case on a portfolio loan since (None) of my products have prepays.

That time spent left me no time to recharge my batteries, and more importantly spend time as the "visionary" to review and optimize my portfolio.
