The economy, unemployment rate, job growth, population growth, affordability, households making improvement(s), military/Veteran friendly environment, free market state, no income tax, etc. etc. all helped with our decision to become San Antonian transplants in the next month. 

Similar to that of Irvine, Johns Creek's Asians households have exploded in the last 7 years.

Funny how it turns out that way.When I file their taxes, they each end up earning about $1700 HSH (household earnings). 

There is a normal price that a middle class 2 earner household will pay.

I grew up in a smoking household and I know what it was like to live with smokers.  3 of 7 of us smoke as adults.

Forebearance is only 7% of US households, many of them took it as a precaution.

And Steve will know the company that got sold upon the death of the patriarch it was a house hold name in the North west  sold for like 2 B..    

Housing affordability back in 2018 was that the average household had almost 3x the income needed to purchase, but it still stays a rental friendly area.

I am trying to position myself better financially, by paying off as much credit card debt as possible and trying to pay my students, and keep with the household expenses.

I’m ok with most household repairs/smaller things  Is it worth the 10% to manage the rest?
