I expect that after using Buildium for a while I will migrate all the accounting stuff to Buildium - but for now I am using it for maintenance requests and tenant screening only.I rejected a number of competitors mostly because they did not fit my needs, but they would fit other peoples needs.In the past month or so I have been very harshly criticizing RentRedi.

talk to your accountant.but if this loan is in Texas you can sue on the note and get a judgement if you get wiped out.. so you may want to explore that before you just write it off.. and for all these reasons I do not personally care for second position.. just too much drama if they go bad.

I’m local, I do this full time, I have worked really hard at it, I have my own staff, I have had to deal with a lot of drama/stressful situations in my time, AND I really only invest in B class neighborhoods and it’s just NOW getting to the point where it’s starting to pay off.
