I owned a PM company in Belize, and the first part of my PM contract said,"Owner agrees with the exception of fraud, theft or any other act that is a crime in the country of Belize, Owner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manager and all persons in Manager’s firm, regardless of responsibility, from all costs, expenses, suits, liabilities, damages, attorney’s fees, and claims of every type, including but not limited to, those arising out of injury or death of any person, employee, tenant or guest upon the premises or damage to any real or personal property of any person, employee, tenant, or guest upon the premises, including Owner, in any way relating to the management, rental, security deposits, or operations of the Premises by Manager, or any person in Manager’s firm, or the performance or exercise of any of the duties, powers, or authorities granted to the Manager.

What I am wondering is I thought if I put a flex option on a property and exercise my right to buy, that I would be able to do a purchase contract and either assign or double close to my buyer.It sounds like he just wants to sign an agreement with me and I give him the end buyer.

It seems to me that if the home is overpriced that it may present a problem for the tenant/buyer when they are ready to exercise their option to purchase.

That’s very interesting I have a 2 bedroom 3 bath home with a complete Movie room in a furnace 1200 sq ft basement with the movie Theater room on one side and on the other side of 50s Diner’s theme room with pool table giant air hockey machine and other equipment as well as exercise equipment I also have a finished guest home one bedroom one full bath with kitchen and living area on the same property which also includes a $30,000 dock with boat lift nice setting area and tackle shop room on Lake Taneycomo the main home has a very nice size deck with a beautiful view of the lake breathtaking in the winter in Branson Missouri with no homeowners fees or any other fees except for a small $75 a year fee for road maintenance around the lake area that is in Branson Missouri
