Is letting his dog go upstairs and **** all over the attic (we have pictures)We don't want cement poured down our toilet or anything, but we NEED to move in this place.Should we file for eviction right away or let him live there till he leaves in Octoberish (but what will my dad do?)

They made me put a handrail on a basement hatchway stairs.

A tenant of ours wanted their stairs replaced, because the riser had fallen off. 

And painting the garage door white, gives you a nice clean left-to-right consistency across the house.I was thinking it would look nice to paint the red cement porch area black, and the window trim black, too.The black blob over the garage door is supposed to be a large black really cool light fixture. 

Way cheaper than dealing with an angry tenant putting cement in every pipe, who then just filed bankruptcy on you.

These things are supposed to do what this one didn't do which is assist the person traversing a hazardous area which can include stairs depending on the individual. 

This summer I will power wash and paint the foundation cement out front as it’s chipping away.

I'd hate to have that much come running down the stairs or spreading out on the floor. 

Are there stairs that she isn't a fan of?

The stairs to the basement seem to be a little steep but have railing in both sides.
