If I had all properties mortgaged (which I don't), they would make up significantly less than 1/2 of all my expenses--so paying off the mortgages would add less than a 1/4 income boost--which is a lot less than I would have guessed.

I mean you’ll see better options so it’s like why bother unless your thinking the areas going to get a big boost and you have other revenue streams able to pay off the negative cash flow without a hitch or a bump then it can be worth it.
