You are right, people are doing it, and getting great deals, but they have found ways to find motivated sellers and show them how their price is fair even when it may seem absurd to the normal person.  

In fact, it can actually add to a false sense of security to anyone that is about to do business with a BBB member.

There will of course be those false start reports that come out: "Sales are up!"

I think this is giving you a false ROI.

He was simple asking why the banks and or agents are making false claims or telling half truths and wasting everyone's time.  

Beware if you are Selling Homes as there are individuals that will pick off your listing and post your home on Craiglist with false information and lead on individuals as if it were there own home without asking.
