It doesn't do as well in heat but right now it's spreading in the Philippines despite temperatures in the 90s.

Or, in Philly, we have old run-down warehouses being bought up and repurposed into loft apartments.

A Comercial real Estate developer wants to build a warehouse next to my residence.

I focus my brokerage business on warehouse and office (some retail) in the South Seattle to Tacoma region.

Due to the wood subfloor, the bathroom floors have a little give to them and one of the small tiles is cracked. not a big enough deal to replace (2 inch tile) but knowing how difficult it is to stabilize old wood floors with the seasonal temperature/humidity changes in our area...we'll be doing allure in the future.Thats one reason to install a crack isolation membrane before tiling. 

There is an outlet near the window so I'm thinking the ideal product would be a temperature sensing vent fan.
