Kick back 3%, no, I charged a 10% late late fee in 15 days, keep your fingers crossed they pay on the 16th day.

Sometimes it is tough when a house you really liked slips through your fingers, but you just have to shrug it off, there is always another deal to be made, and since you are not the one who will live there the money matters and the house doesn't, if that makes sense.

I certainly don't want to get under anyones finger nails, but it takes both sides of the equation to make money in this business, unless you are financially self-sufficient.

I can view the forums fine I just zoom in and out using my fingers to flick in and make smaller or flick out to make larger.It does take me longer to type on the phone though answering questions.
