To be honest, I feel bad about sending more yellow letters to people that I've spoken to or have left a voice mail and clearly not selling.

Or buy a box of 1000 business cards for 25 bucks and pass every one out as you present yourself as an investor to every stranger you come in contact with.In all honesty I would rather you do the later first as it will help mold your real estate communication skills.

I also personally prefer to maintain a high level of honesty and integrity in my business and would rather take the vacancy than to knowingly violate a federal law, regardless if there hasn't been a solid precedence of prosecution.

Some people here may think Im nuts, but in all honesty, I really don't care.

To be honest I dont really know....for me personally its blue collar workers that cut the grass more than 1 time every 60 days and walking the sidewalk at night is not life threatening...that C class to me....lol

In all honesty my financial advisor suggested it to me I have not read it.

Honesty is your best policy with lenders.

For me, it's a matter of honesty and don't like to see distressed sellers get robbed.
