It works, though there are more than a few harsh words involved.

Not to sound too harsh, but when it all comes down, I will be all too happy, and yes, I do happily have a list of agents I'd readily release to assist the smack down.

In Israel for the last 7 years there is harsh RE bubble... looking back 7 years ago the prices doubled. for example my apartment went from $100k to $220k. everyone says its a bubble and its going to explode soon but nothing happens (|that was 3 years ago). in this reality its not possible to start investing in RE here. my qustion: should i wait for the bubble to burst and then buy(no clue when it will happen) OR should i go all in and buy now?

In theory, the Tenant understands they can be removed from the program completely, but often times a life full of struggles and drama will overshadow the reality...until the Sheriff sets them out.

I see a lot of low-income renters applying for apartments in that price range and they often have bad scores due to medical bills, loss of employment, and other drama that takes place when someone lives paycheck-to-paycheck.More important to me is how well they paid their last Landlord, their car debt, or their utilities.Don't forget: if you reject someone or change the rental requirements (e.g. increased deposit) because of a credit score, you have to provide them with an Adverse Action Letter.
