I rented an apartment in the Pink Elephant (my ugly pink apartment building that I'm repainting) to a relatively nice and normal looking young woman who had two young children.

What if you (for non-racial reasons) let a white woman that has lived in your rental for 2 years go an extra 2 weeks without paying, but you make a black woman who has lived with you 18 months pay on time?

I don't care if the overnight guest is a baby, a man, a woman, or an oompa-loompa.

The woman had lived in this home for 86 years, she had moved there with her parents when she was 12.

He's got 2 kids, and they are really cute and expensive - bills show up every month...  

***In Philadelphia, PA, a friend of mine introduced me to a woman who was,  56 years old, and is in desperate need in moving out of her state.

We have a woman now who moved into her exhusband's house, then claimed she was now his common law wife, that she was entitled to the house and half his 401K and we have been working since november of 2014 to get her out.

One of my friends suggested I may be having issues because I am a woman,  I would like to think that this is not the case.
