I’m working a lot right now, but after the holidays I’d love to bounce ideas off of other future income property owners. 

We plan to spend our early retirement years bouncing around to our properties on the offseason, letting the tourists pay our mortgages during peak season. 

I realize you're not an attorney, and I'll certainly consult mine, just wanted to bounce this off of you. 

Unit 3 bounces from 1-2. 3) Looks like none of the utilities are separately metered.  

If they bounce, we rehab and get a top notch tenant, if they don't, then we don't have to do a thing till the old tenant defaults or moves.

Please keep me in mind if you are going to continue buying properties in that area and perhaps we can work together or just bounce ideas! 

Not to get political but I think Clinton  (along with many others) really overlooked the midwest and how it has not bounced back from 2008 as quickly or at all.

Also find someone to bounce ideas off nd learn from that Is successful.

This doesnt include  Store/office building , maintenance building , real expensive water feature/ swimming pool , shuffle board , bounce pillow , and all the maintenance equipment , tractors , mowers , backhoe , skidsteer . then there is the golf carts that you rent , game room , laundry room , etc .
